Withdrawal requests above PKR 25,000 require full KYC completion. An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. jjwim reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of PKR 500 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. The fee will not reduce a balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
All bets placed on jjwim sports betting markets are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify the details of each bet — including the event, market, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. jjwim will not void or amend a bet on the basis of a player's claimed error of selection unless there is a demonstrable technical fault on jjwim's systems.
Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. jjwim operates a best-efforts policy to maintain accurate odds but reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds — including odds that are clearly mispriced due to system or human error — after bet placement. Where a bet has been placed at a manifestly erroneous price, jjwim may void the bet and return the stake to the player's account.
In-play (live) betting is subject to a brief delay between the real-world event and the availability of odds on the jjwim platform. jjwim operates a late-acceptance policy for in-play bets and reserves the right to refuse bets placed after the outcome of a market can be determined — for example, bets placed after a wicket has fallen in cricket but before the platform has updated. All in-play bet decisions made by jjwim's trading team are final.
jjwim may void a bet and return the stake without winnings where: (a) the relevant sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; (b) a manifest odds error is identified; (c) the bet relates to a market where an outcome has already been determined at the time of placement; or (d) there is evidence of suspicious betting patterns that constitute a breach of these Terms.
jjwim applies maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant market and vary by sport and bet type. Winnings exceeding applicable limits will be capped at the published maximum regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.
All casino games available on jjwim — including live dealer tables, video slots, and instant games — use certified random number generation (RNG) systems that are independently audited for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is provided by the game's software provider and is displayed within the game information panel.

Bonus funds credited to your jjwim account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will be removed from your account automatically.

Note: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes jjwim's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
jjwim reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) jjwim is required to do so by law or regulatory direction; (c) jjwim reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account; or (d) jjwim decides to discontinue its services in your jurisdiction.
Upon account closure by jjwim for reasons other than breach by you, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 10 banking business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are non-refundable in all circumstances.
You may close your jjwim account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing timelines.

jjwim reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, jjwim will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered players via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of jjwim following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
